'Ukagaka' is a fully customisable desktop mascot freeware that has been around for 25 years. (the recommended baseware is SSP!) with an endless catalog of user created ‘ghosts’ to chose from, rich with meta-humor and lore which has remained mostly unknown outside of Japan. development began as a parody software of a more commercialised desktop assistant called Personaware, but has persisted beyond any other desktop mascot software or A.I. systems from the 2000s and continues to this day and beyond ..
