The Venture Bros Clip Repository

[ BUTTON THAT TAKES YOU TO A RANDOM CLIP ]

A blog where I post the clips I've amassed watching this show. Will feature both reblogs of other people's clips as well as my own, so the quality will vary.

TAGGING SCHEME:

  • All original (my) clips will be tagged with the blog url #vbrosclips while reblogged posts will skip it
  • character names will be standardized for the purpose of finding relevant clips (ie. the monarch, dr girlfriend, rusty venture, phantom limb, jonas venture sr, sgt hatred)
  • - The names in tags will not feature periods, will always be shortened to their abbreviated title (sgt, dr, sr)
  • - villain names and most used nicknames will be used (the monarch instead of malcom fitzcarraldo, rusty venture instead of thaddeus venture, pete white instead of peter white, billy quizboy instead of billy whalen, etc)
  • every clip will be tagged with the appropriate season and episode number (#sXeY) and the appropriate season (#season X)
  • content warnings will be plainly tagged to avoid confusion (#gore, #sexual content, etc)
  • - blood and suggestive dialogue will not be tagged separately. it's literally everywhere in the show
  • every original post and reblog will be captioned sXeY [episode name]

That's about it! Eventually after I burn through my folder I might open requests. Thank you for stopping by!

First come first serve, because anon asked politely I'll add it to the queue :] I didn't clip much from a lot of the earlier seasons because this clip blog was born from a surplus of me showing stuff to my friends I that thought especially funny.

That being said, I will open the ask box here (this was a good reminder) so that people don't have to track me across blogs, with a warning that it might be some time before I get to the requests!
