At the risk of twilightifying the Archerons, I do love the concept of immortal beauty in the case of Elain. She was already bringing kings to their knees as a human, but as Fae, she is otherworldly. Ethereal. It’s a beauty she never asked for, a beauty obtained through the most traumatizing event of her life. How can she look in the mirror and love what she’s gained, when her new face reminds her of all that she’s lost?

Yeah I know this is your good girl button but I’ve been reading sunrise on the reaping and I don’t know why but something tickled my brain and your hunger games au fic lives rent free in my mind and your writing is so immaculate similar to sunrise on the reaping so I wanted to tell you I have a theory about something in your fic BUT I understand if you decide to delete this ask because this is your blog, your rules. But I couldn’t resist so here is my own vague theory:

- someone who has family that’s in the capital is not in the capital; they’re in a district and they were a victor but they are definitely used as a pawn

AGAIN, I’m trying to remain as vague as possible because I know your plan is going to be different from my theories being like this:

While yours is coherent and

Anyway; please feel free to delete this ask! Have a good rest of your day!

I love seeing all the theories! I always feel bad putting that series on hold but it’s so motivating to see there are people who still have interest in it:)

I really really love the small details of Vermillion loving the Summer court. The only place he can relax, sun shining on his pretty face 🥹 He deserves the peace…I miss him.

It’s my favorite thing too — I needed to give him a literal place he can escape to when things get bad, and Summer seemed like the perfect answer. The Summer Court gave him clear skies to Autumn’s thick fog, a warm breeze instead of the frosty wind. With his red hair and pale skin, Vermilion looks like he was born of Autumn, but the season represents everything he’s been trying to run from his entire life: the cold, the slow yet unyielding decay. In Summer, he’s come to know a vibrancy he’s never seen before, and it unlocked something new in him: a hope that the world can be beautiful after all, if only you paint it with the right colors.

ACOTAR Airplane Seat Game Round 2 of 4

Unsurprisingly, most of you wanted to sit next to Eris and his dog. 🐶 We hear they were great flight companions. Check out the final results here.

How to play: all you need to do is tell us where you'd sit on the flight by voting in the poll below. Bonus points if you tell us why in comments/reblogs/tags.

[Your reasonings are hilarious & we love you.]

The Lady of Autumn is next 🍂 I am committed to drawing more women.

Side note: Because I like to hurt my own feelings, I made her look the most like Marcel, her third son and coincidentally, the most cruel of the Vanserra brothers. I just think there’s something so [screaming and gunshots ensue] about the son with the most twisted and terrifying nature taking after the gentle, kind-hearted mother. While Marcel enjoys the resemblance — the false sense of security it offers his victims — the Lady of Autumn can no longer look in the mirror without being reminded of the cruelty reflected in her own son’s face.
