I haven't seen this on Tumblr yet. Cory Booker has held the floor of the Senate for a 16 hour and counting filibuster and it's all streaming on YT. Currently almost 30k people are watching. You can become one of them without even moving from your screen. In the category of "the absolute least you can do" to support a democrat actually doing something... maybe give it a watch.
He is now at hour 20 and if he breaches 24 hours & 18 minutes he will take the record for longest filibuster, a record currently held by Strom Thurmond who used his filibuster to argue against civil rights legislation & voting rights

Well this was a rare sight indeed. She's usually so sure of herself, and if not, she was destructive. This was..different.
And oddly enough..he caught some recognition from her franticness. The fear of a noose tightening mixed with elation and excitement? Arms cross, and Stan (at first) does his best to hide a smirk. But eventually it cracks with equal parts knowing and disbelief.

Maybe something human-shaped should not be standing over an almost-corpse like a snarling predator — but she also should not actually be snarling, either. Sarah Hawker is not generally in the habit of doing (or not doing) things because she “should” or “shouldn’t”. As a third example, murder is generally frowned upon, and yet she’s got a boot on the throat of a man who is fruitlessly clawing at the pair of oily black tendrils rammed into his guts (she’s hit something important, by the way he’s breathing; it’s a miracle he’s even conscious).
She pays him no mind, though. His are the feeble struggles of a rabbit beneath the paws of a mountain lion. She is more concerned with her company, and whether he has any bright ideas about interrupting.
