To clarify I do think that goodnight moon is one of the funniest things pete wentz ever did. According to Mest's touring history, this was Vans Warped Tour. By cross referencing all of the bands performing at Warped 05 with the fanwiki, the only notable bands from Chicago performing on that tour at the same time as Mest were Fall Out Boy and The Academy Is.

And according to Rolling Stone, members of FSU worked security for Fall Out Boy (and Panic), which is in line with the info about "Rock Band A" in the court doc
