Lando is my favorite driver (though I like many others and there is no driver I truly hate) and Norrix is my OTP (though I dabble in other ships as well). I have too many ideas baking in my noggin at once so things don't exactly get written fast! Happy to take SFW drabble requests, chat about my AUs, and yap endlessly about Norrix. Ask me about my AUs!

I have quite a few AUs, all in various states of completion. I thought, what better way to force myself to work on them than by making a list and opening them up for questions?

You can ask pretty much anything about the characters, plot, lore, or anything else, though if something would reveal a major spoiler or twist that I don't want prematurely revealed, I will politely decline your question for the time being. If I don't actually have an answer yet, maybe your question will be what helps me fill in that blank! I may also be more motivated to work on a particular AU if more people are interested in it, so if there's one you really want to see me work on, please ask a question about it!

This list will be updated whenever I get a new AU idea that I seriously think I will get around to writing. If an AU has already been started and posted, it'll be linked to the AO3 series. If an AU is "complete," I will probably leave it in this list just in case you guys are still curious about the extended lore, or if I ever get the urge to add to it again.

Some of these ideas are a lot more fleshed out than others. Some might not be much more than vague ideas at the moment. Ones at the bottom of the list are more likely to be less fleshed-out. So if I haven't gotten to one you'd like to see yet, it's probably because it needs more time to bake.

  • Isola (2018 comic)/F1 AU - multi-fic series, Norrix, background Loscar
  • Dune/F1 AU - single fic, Lestappen and Carlando
  • Alpha (2018 movie)/F1 AU - single fic, Charles and Leo, Lestappen, background Norrix
  • Transformers/F1 AU - specifically inspired by Transformers One (2024 movie); single fic (?), Norrix, Lestappen
  • The Creator (2023 movie)/F1 AU - single fic, Carlando, platonic Norrix
  • Wild Horse F1 AU - Oscar/Lily, background Norrix; basically almost everyone is a wild horse; inspired by media including The Silver Brumby, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and My Friend Flicka. Still debating if they'll be Mustangs in the American West or Brumbies in the Australian Outback, or if I'll leave it ambiguous
  • Celebrating "A" identities - Norrix, Carlos/Rebecca, Oscar/Lily; asexual Martin, aromantic Carlos, agender Oscar; gotta think of an actual title for this series lol
  • Daemon AU - Norrix, Loscar, others TBD; pretty self-explanatory, everyone has a daemon; like the Equestrian AU, more a collection of stories/ideas than an overarching plot.
  • Interstellar AU - at various points there will be Carlando, Norrix, Carcar (not overlapping . . . well okay, kind of. There's a lot of relativity and time shenanigans involved); single fic.
  • Wing AU - Norrix, maybe Carcar, others; fluffy wingfic series
  • Leviathan AU - Brocedes; based on the book trilogy by Scott Westerfield

F1 AU fic playlists

A few of my AUs have Spotify playlists to go with them! These are added to whenever I come across new songs that fit with them. They include any song that evokes the vibe of the universe or that I feel pairs well with major plot points. You can check them out if you're interested! It might give you an idea of what kind of vibe to expect from certain AUs.

I don't know if that works or if it's just my avoidance tendency speaking 😂😂😂 i'm sure you will figure it out in whichever way works best for you ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for the idea! I think it's perfect for Carlos and Lando, and I'll probably start writing it soon if I can!

That is good advice for Zak's part, but thankfully I think I have a bit more of a solid idea now, I just have to actually sit down and start writing it. Which, given all of the other projects I want to write, might not be immediately!

ahhh my friend i'm so glad you're here!!! the world in general is very difficult for me right now, and i strongly believe that there's no reason being a passionate lando fan needs to make it any worse. even if he's having a frustrating time!! he's a perfectionist, who is still doing very well. yes, he's vocally and publicly disappointed that he isn't living up to his potential at the moment, but we as fans don't have to panic and get miserable and paranoid about it as well. the sky isn't falling. he's always bounced back fast, and he has endured many hard times before. even if he doesn't reach his ceiling this year, it's not the end of the world to support him anyway!!! when in doubt, you gotta try to love him like max fewtrell loves him, like accept his failures, ignore his tantrums, and celebrate his successes haha

Hi saw your spidermanverse au for f1 drivers, since you said Esteban would be the first one to go against Lewis. Would you be interested in the idea for pierre being his canon event, like very similar to Brocedes but the difference that it’s yet to happen? Or for the max ships if you’re okay with maxiel, Daniel would be his canon event making him understand Lewis’s side better or something. It’s just a thought hehe. I am not opposed to Pierresteban, and I do like your idea for adding Pierre to the story! I might look into it. For Maxiel, though, I'm not opposed to it but I don't plan to include it in this AU, or at least not for the main Max. Maybe I'll include it in the background with an alternate Max. We'll see!
