Servant and partner | Thomato

Commissioned by @xsezzie

A/N: thank you so much for your support and I'm sorry for the looong wait (as always), I hope you enjoy this one! Also, kudos to my friendsies who helped me out with this one and beta read mwah I love y'all 💖

Summary: The Head of the Kamisato Clan doesn't know how to relax, but his loyal servant and partner is always there to help out!

Words: 1.6k

“Milady,” Thoma said softly, poking his head into the room where Ayaka and some others were playing Genius Invokation TCG. “Have you seen Milord lately, by any chance?”

Ayaka giggled behind her delicate hand at something Yoimiya said before she turned around to look at Thoma. “Ah, Thoma,” she said softly. “Now that you mentioned it, I haven't seen brother for a while now… I think he said he was going to his room for a moment after dinner.”

Aether chuckled as he carefully arranged three cards in his hand. “I bet he's doing his fair load of work,” he said, looking up at Thoma with a smirk. “The Head of the Kamisato Clan can't relax for even a second.”

Ayaka chuckled. “The traveler must be right, Thoma. Brother is probably locked in his room working. You know how he is.”

That was what Thoma feared. He sighed heavily, thanking them with a small nod and a smile before heading to Ayato's room... and his—ahem.

Kamisato Clan, Yashiro Commission, Shuumatsuban. Thoma was well aware that Ayato had a lot on his plate, sometimes even more than he could take, so he fervently insisted that he enjoy his free time when he had it, but every time, without exception, Ayato found an excuse, a little distraction so he could sneak off to finish some pending task or start something new he needed to get going.

Thoma had always admired his hard work and dedication… but he certainly never envied him for his need to be working all the time. Even though he enjoyed all his daily tasks, Thoma eagerly looked forward to his days off and any distraction from work that might arise.

But Ayato was different and Thoma knew he wasn't going to change overnight, but he would be there to make him enjoy his free time... whether he wanted it or not.

He swung the room door open forcefully, creating a pocket of air that sent papers flying all over the room. “Milord.”

Ayato visibly flinched at the sound of Thoma's voice. His shoulders tensed, as did his grip on the pen in his hand. He turned around slowly, trying to look calm, nonchalant, as he smiled sheepishly at Thoma.

“Thoma… were you looking for me?” He asked with feigned innocence and Thoma raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms over his chest after closing the door behind him.

“Milord… I'd like to know what are you doing locked in the room when you could be relaxing in the hot springs?" Thoma asked slowly, his tone a bit firmer than usual.

Ayato couldn't help but chuckle, finding his behavior endearing to say the least. “Thoma, I just need to finish up some reports and other stuff…” he explained calmly, standing up from the chair to pick up the papers that Thoma accidentally sent flying. “I'm sure those hot springs will not go anywhere, will they?” he asked with a smirk as he gathered the papers and placed them back on the desk.

Thoma huffed, rolling his eyes. “They will certainly not go anywhere, but your time here will definitely end,” he explained, approaching Ayato. “This servant will not allow his master to spend the rest of the night stuck in work.” He hooked one of his arms around Ayato's.

Ayato chuckled, looking up at Thoma with those sweet eyes he knew so very well Thoma couldn't resist. “What about my partner? Would he let me finish my work for the night?”

AhhH another awesome fic I got to read today~ Thoma is such a caring person and Ayato trying to stay calm and mighty was so funny to read. 🥰❤️

Staring contest | Kamitani Hayato & Kashima Ryuuichi (+ the kids)

Commissioned by @wertzunge

A/N: omg I'm so so sorry for the long wait, I had a big of trouble writing this one, BUT I hope you enjoy it, Max! Thank you so much for your support this time as well you're the best mwah 💕

Summary: Will someone ever win against Ayato?

Words: 1.6k

The daycare was filled with sweet, contagious giggles as Kirin covered her mouth and tightly shut her eyes, her cheeks flushing pink as her pigtails bounced around.

“Very well,” Ryuuichi clapped his hands together, a warm smile spreading across his face. “Kirin-chan lasted sixty-six… milliseconds,” he chuckled softly, his eyes twinkling with amusement. “Kazuma-kun lasted the shortest stare of all the children, two milliseconds.” This caused Kazuma to tear up, but Takuma giggled and gently patted his back, calming him.

Ryuuichi continued, “Kotarou lasted an impressive sixteen seconds.”

The children hugged Kotarou, congratulating him for outlasting everyone with enthusiastic hugs and cheers.

“It seems Kamitani remains the champion of our staring contest.”

Ryuuichi wasn't exactly sure how this staring contest had started, well... it actually didn't really start as a contest at all. To pass the time while they waited for Usai to return from his walk with Midori, who had been a little too upset for some reason, Kamitani casually mentioned that absolutely no one had ever beaten him in a staring game.

Ryuuichi hadn't doubted it– Hayato's gaze was truly piercing and intense, and even without a staring game, he often found himself struggling to hold his gaze for long.

At that moment, Kamitani challenged him and Ryuuichi lasted an embarrassing ten seconds– even less than Kotarou. The children had noticed what they were doing and immediately wanted to join in, claiming that it was officially a contest and the winner would get something very special: a chocolate bar that Ryuuichi would buy in the afternoon and give to the winner the next day.

Ryuuichi was almost sure that Kata was going to beat Hayato, but after eleven seconds, instead of laughing, he started crying and hiding behind Ryuuichi, sobbing that his nii-chan was being mean to him, which, of course, made no sense.

All the children did their best, but there was really no one who could beat Hayato, probably only his mother. However, the children were not going to give up so easily.

“Taka,” Kirin said, hugging her little giraffe close to her chest. “What makes Hayato-niichama laugh?”

Taka blinked. “Nii-chan… uh…” He looked over at Hayato, his confused expression soon turning into one of horror, panic and disbelief. “I've never seen nii-chan laughing…”

There was a unison gasp that filled the nursery and Ryuuichi chuckled as Kamitani hit his little brother on the head, making him cry. Ryuuichi shook his head, seeing the sadness in the kids' eyes. Kotarou was just influenced by it, but Ryuuichi knew he couldn't care less about this whole ordeal.

“Hayato-niichama…” Kirin said with teary eyes, “... doesn't know how to laugh?”

“I do know how to laugh,” Hayato answered. “You guys are really not that funny.”

Another loud gasp filled the nursery and this time tears streamed down the kids’ rounded and flushed cheeks, except for Kotarou.

“Hayato-niichama hates us!” Kirin cried, hugging her giraffe.

“Kamita hates us?” Takuma sobbed, looking at Kazuma who was already crying as if something really bad had happened.

“Stupid nii-chan!” Kata yelled, snot and tears and drool running down his face. “I hate you too!”

Ryuuichi sighed, looking at Hayato. “Kamitani…”

“What? I didn't say I hate them,” Hayato said calmly. “I just said they're not funny.”

Another wave of cries made Ryuuichi’s ears ring and he rubbed his forehead softly, Kotarou standing by his side, his little hand resting against Ryuuichi's leg.

Awww my heart melted~ ❤️😘 That was such a fluffy fic and I loved it. The kids are so adorable and you described them just like how they are. I'm sorry that you had trouble while writing it, but the result speaks for itself. Thank you so much for your efforts and great work. 🥰🙇‍♂️

Kremnoan words

Honkai: Star Rail - Mydei x Phainon

A/N: Just before I started pulling for Mydei's LC and banner, I said: "if I lose my 50/50, I'm writing lee!mydei, if I win, it's lee!phainon".

This blonde bastard took me 100+ pulls to get him, so now he is paying for it

Also, kudos to @/otomiyaa and @/dokidoki-muffin for helping me come up with the plot behind this fic!

Summary: There isn't a kremnoan word for 'fear', 'retreat' or 'romance', but is there one for 'tickling'? Well...

Word count: 2179 words

“So, what was all that noise from your room yesterday?” Mydei asked bluntly and directly, making Dan Heng choke on his drink and Caelus freeze on the spot. They couldn’t tell if he was annoyed, lacking sleep or just wearing his naturally intimidating facade, but it would be better to not push their luck. Again. “I could hear it from across the bath house.”

“W-what?” Caelus gasped sheepishly, trying to sneak a glance at Dan Heng in the hopes of catching a hint or two of what he should say next. “I don’t- no, I mean, c-can you be more specific?”

Mydei frowned, making Caelus flinch with just a look. “The rustling and stomping noises. What were those? Were you two fighting among yourselves in the departure hour?”

Oh.

Oh.

A tickle fic with Mydei?! 😍❤️ Ahh that was such a wonderful story and I enjoyed it until the end. Hehe it really seems that he dug his own grave with claiming to know what a 'tickle' is. 😂 BUt I guess at least Phainon had his fun... and I'm sure that our immortal will have it as well once his turn is there... 😏🙈🥰

Rain

A/N: Sorry for the wait. I had a pretty bad day today so maybe this sucks a little bit *sighs* I hope you enjoy it anyway! Just in case, Ame is Rain in japanese!

#24 “It’s not coming off!” - IwaKage.

Words: 1,662 (under the cut)

Summary: It’s a plot against Hajime.

Iwaizumi wondered what would Kageyma say about this when he gets back home. Would he be excited? Or angry? He doesn’t seem the kind of person who enjoys this kind of thing… and Iwaizumi just wouldn’t throw it away. That was too inhumane.

As Iwaizumi smiled down, he heard the jingle of keys and the door of their apartment opening. The thud of Kageyama’s bag hitting the floor and his shoes being kicked out of his feet.

“Hajime? Are you here?”, Tobio asks, rooming through the kitchen to get a glass of water.

When Hajime opened his mouth to speak out a welcome greeting, a tiny bark interrupted him and sooner than later, Kageyama was in the living room, holding his chest and eyes wide open. Iwaizumi smiled.

“Eh… surprise?”, He said, and he swore Kageyama’s eyes lighten up seeing the little husky running playfully around Iwaizumi’s feet.

“You got us a puppy?”, Kageyama asks and he kneels on the floor.

Seeing him, the puppy barked happily and ran towards Kageyama’s lap, crawling all over him and licking his face, demanding all of Kageyama’s attention.

And it worked, Kageyama giggled and his hands were all over the puppy, petting him and cooing at him and nuzzling its little face with his nose.

Iwaizumi was impressed, seeing the puppy looking even more excited to be with Kageyama than with him. He tried to ignore the light jealously feeling crawling over his tummy. Not because the puppy likes Kageyama better, but because Kageyama looked extremelly happy nuzzling the puppy… when he should be nuzzling Hajime

“Is it really ours?”, Kageyama looks up at Iwaizumi with the brightest eyes and the biggest smile ever. Iwaizumi nearly lost his breath.

“It is, his name is Ame, Tobio”, Kageyama smiled even bigger, turning his attention back to the puppy.

The dog barked excitedly, running out of Kageyama’s arms and back to Iwaizumi’s feet and then back to Kageyama. It was a good decision to get a dog.

*-

Iwaizumi heard Kageyama humming in the shower, something he only does when he’s in a very good mood. He looked down at the puppy curled on his lap, watching the t.v. with him; exhausted after the intensive running all around the house, getting used to his new home and owners. Iwaizumi smiled and scratched the back of Ame’s ears, the puppy wagged his little tail, sighing as he kept laying across Iwaizumi’s lap.

Iwaizumi sighed, relaxing into the couch. The soft sounds coming from a children movie in the t.v., Kageyema’s soft humming coming from the bathroom and Ame’s warmth on his thighs like a very fluffy blanket was enough to have Iwaizumi dozing as he leaned his head on the back of the couch.

I know the chances of success are vanishingly small, but it's worth a try: This story was posted back in 2017 and got lost in the void due to an accident. I tried several ways to find it but had no luck with it. Is anyone out there who saved the full version of it?

Mouse hole | Kambe Daisuke & Sato Haru

Commissioned by @wertzunge

A/N: it's been ages since I watched this anime and I didn't even finish it fkdnfkfnf but I hope I made them justice and you enjoy this one, Maaaax mwah 💕

Summary: Daisuke likes to badmouth Haru's house, but he's a sensitive man... In more than one way.

Words: 1.9k

This wasn't supposed to be happening. They were just having a good time with a few beers, (Haru), chatting about this and that at Haru’s home. However, without warning, the atmosphere turned tense and both men got caught up in an argument, unable to stop their words before they started saying hurtful things at each other.

“It's not my fault you live in this mediocre mouse hole," Daisuke said, his tone a little too cold and condescending as he crossed his arms and looked away from Haru.

Haru couldn't help but feel upset. He thought he'd grown used to Kambe's hurtful comments, but he was sorely mistaken. It still affected him, perhaps a bit too much, especially when Kambe felt the need to remind Haru of their financial differences.

Haru never really minded the size of his own house. It was true, it wasn't the biggest house, but it was his home, somewhere he could return to when the days were too long and tiring. A place where he could have a meal and a drink and a bed to sleep.

Who gave Kambe the right to talk about Haru's house like that? Why would a kid born with a silver spoon in his mouth come and comment on anything about his house? The audacity to disrespect Haru while wearing his clothes, eating his food and drinking his water.

Haru started to feel less tipsy than he was angry, but he still knew he wouldn't be able to formulate words to fight Kambe. So he just pouted, hugging his knees to his chest, as if subconsciously trying to make more room for Kambe so he would stop badmouthing his home. He turned his head away to avoid looking into his eyes.

Silence filled the room, the only sound that could be heard was their breathing and Haru taking sips of his beer. He could feel Kambe's eyes on him, studying him, and when Haru glanced at him from the corner of his eye, he was almost sure he saw a hint of regret in his eyes. It could have just been the light, though.

“Listen,” Kambe said with a sigh. “I-,” he sighed again and Haru was almost sure Daisuke would groan at any moment. “I'm sorry, okay? I shouldn't have said that… It was dumb…”

Haru wanted to accept the apology, after all he had also been saying some not very nice things about Kambe, but that apology struck him as fake and in his current state, (drunk), it almost sounded as if Kambe was making fun of him.

“I'm serious,” Kambe mumbled. “You know I'm serious.”

Now it was Haru who wanted to groan. His pout became more prominent as did the frown on his brow. He took another swig of beer and tossed the can somewhere across the room while grabbing and opening another, taking a long sip, as if he wanted to gather the strength to speak again… but no words came out of his mouth.

Kambe had not only offended his house, his home, he had also trampled on his pride and one did not recover easily from that. Wasn't it only fair that Haru made him beg a little longer? A second or third, (more sincere), apology would surely convince him.

“Kato, listen, I-”

“Kato Haru. 30 years old. Day of birth May 2nd. Blood type A.”

Haru looked up as HEUSC spoke over Kambe’s voice. Materialized in front of Kambe, who looked as surprised as Haru, was a green screen with the silhouette of a man right in the center, flanked by Haru's personal information. It was only then that Haru realized, with a jolt of surprise, that the silhouette was his own.

OmG I didn't expect to read it so soon! 😍😘 Oh you made them justice!! That story was amazing and you created yet again another masterpiece. HEUCE was written so well and all those little things, like the title or the shoe reference at the end, made this one very special. I really miss the show and you have it life again ❤️🥰🙇‍♂️

Tickets and Tickles | Yamaguchi Tadashi x Reader

Commissioned by @wertzunge

A/N: Another one for amazing and kind and lovely and cute Maaaax ❤️ hope you enjoy this one as well! So happy to see Yamaguchi and reader finally taking the next step ddidndkdkddkdn

Summary: You bought tickets for a volleyball game as a surprise gift for Yamaguchi!

Words: 2k

Your backpack felt heavy, like you were carrying an anvil, but in reality it was just two tickets to a volleyball game you had just bought. A volleyball game that Yamaguchi really wanted to go to. You weren't going to lie, the tickets were a little more expensive than you thought and the pinch you had to give to your savings was big, but that had been forgotten when you thought about the expression Yamaguchi would make when giving them to him.

He'd been talking about that game for weeks. You were always happy to hear him ramble about it, and when you saw that longing expression on his face, you knew immediately you'd do anything to be able to take him there. Now those tickets lay between the pages of your English notebook, waiting to be revealed in the afternoon when Yamaguchi and you were on your way home after school. You had planned everything carefully: getting the tickets, inviting Yamaguchi to a sleepover at your house on Friday afternoon, giving him the tickets, and going to the game together the next day.

The perfect plan, no doubt, yet you couldn't understand why you were so nervous. You knew perfectly well Yamaguchi would love this surprise—were you just ridiculously excited? Your heart was pounding, your cheeks slightly flushed due to the accelerated flow of blood. The walk to school was endless, and upon entering your classroom, you felt like you were walking with the same hand and foot, you probably were.

Yamaguchi was already there and your heart leaped with excitement as you saw him approaching you with that bright smile of his.

“Good morning!” he said your name so… nicely.

The noise of your classmates' conversations seemed to fade away as you focused solely on Yamaguchi. He led you to your desk, right in front of his.

“G-Good morning, Tadashi,” you stuttered, avoiding his eyes and hanging your backpack next to your desk. “H-How are you doing?”

Yamaguchi raised an eyebrow and your heart raced even faster as he narrowed his eyes, studying you closely.

“What's the matter?” He asked, taking a step closer to you, causing you to step back in response.

“W-What? Nothing! I- ah, good morning, Kei!” Tsukishima, who had been watching the scene with disinterest, raised a hand and placed his headphones back over his ears, bobbling his head at the rhythm of the music he was listening to.

A sudden poke to your side made you jump and gasp, looking at Yamaguchi who looked at you curiously.

“You're hiding something.” Another poke and this time you couldn't help but giggle softly as you flinched away. “What is it?”

“I'm- I'm not-” another poke, “Tahadashi! I'm serious, I don't-

“Good morning, class. Everyone take your seat, please.”

The shuffling of seats filled the room as all the students greeted the teacher. You shot one more glance at Yamaguchi before sitting down as well and reaching for your notebook. You almost couldn't hold back a squeal when you felt a squeeze on your waist. Your arm immediately moved to your side, and you quickly glanced at the teacher who, luckily for you, was turned away writing an equation on the board.

You looked back at Yamaguchi, your eyes clearly saying 'behave yourself, we're in class!', but maybe it was because of your blushing cheeks that Yamaguchi ignored you and kept pinching your waist and poking your ribs every time the teacher turned around.

AHhhjhh 🫠😍 That. Was. So. Beautiful. I was looking forward for their relationship taking the next step~ You wrote them so cute together and the teasing made the story even better. 🥰❤️ Thank you for delivering another amazing piece inside the Yama/Reader universe 🙇‍♂️

Jelly | Gaming, Aether & Wanderer

Commissioned by @wertzunge

A/N: big thanks to my always special and loyal commissioner MWAH MAX 💕 Thank you for your endless support and patience! I hope you enjoy thiiis 💖

Summary: The jealousy bug has bitten Aether! Luckily, his friends are there for him!

Words: 2.1k

The Serenitea Pot was exactly that, a heaven of serenity.

A sanctuary that Aether had carefully created for Paimon and himself. After their exhausting missions and adventures, they could unwind in this small realm, surrounded by peace and tranquility. It was a safe space where Aether could hide when he didn't feel like traveling, fighting, or seeing anyone at all. A place where he could feel a little down and miss his sister without anyone looking at him with pity in their eyes.

It was also a happy place. A place where all his friends from across Teyvat could visit and hang out with him, drinking tea and just chatting and enjoying time together. This time, he had invited Gaming and Wanderer to a picnic in his stunning garden.

Wanderer, having visited his Serenitea Pot multiple times before, seemed unfazed, but Gaming, Man Chai, and Mini Durin were impressed, showering Aether with praise and inflating his ego.

Aether had prepared, (with Paimon’s help, who was rewarded with five sandwiches), a special picnic area. A blanket was spread out on the grass and there was so much food, snacks and candy from different parts of Teyvat that there was barely any room to sit down. As they settled in as they could, Man Chai and Mini Durin started running around, chasing each other playfully. Meanwhile, Aether couldn't help but worry... how would Wanderer and Gaming interact?

Aether was well aware that they were complete opposites and that Wanderer wasn't exactly the most patient person in Teyvat. However, their pets happened to be the perfect icebreaker. Before he knew it, Gaming and Wanderer were engrossed in conversation, bonding over their experiences with Man Chai and Mini Durin.

Gaming laughed, “Man Chai is always so bright in the morning! Always enjoys waking me up!”

Wanderer rolled his eyes with a groan. “Mini Durin as well. It's so terribly annoying,” he said, but anyone could see the affection for the dragon in his eyes. “And he eats like he's feeding a small army!”

Gaming snorted, almost spilling his drink. He coughed a bit, laughing softly. “Man Chai as well!”

Aether watched them awkwardly, struggling to find a way to join in their conversation. Just as he thought there was a chance to change the subject, one in which Aether could also participate, the two creatures dashed towards their respective owners.

“Man Chai!” Gaming giggled, gently nudging the little lion onto the blanket, and showering him with scratches in his tummy. Man Chai responded with adorable huffing sounds that Aether could only assume was some kind of laughter.

“Wanderer~” Mini Durin squealed in delight as Wanderer's fingers wiggled under his chin. Mini Durin kicked his little legs, his wings flapping about as he giggled happily in Wanderer's lap.

Aether watched the adorable scene unfold before him, and he should have felt happy, delighted that his friends were having so much fun with their pets, right in that place that he had worked so hard for, but... why was he feeling so grumpy?

Aether knew the answer perfectly, but he flatly refused to admit it. It was something extremely stupid and ridiculously embarrassing, and yet, he felt that sensation that made his blood boil and caused his stomach to twist in discomfort…

He was jealous.

AHhhhH! My heart! 🥰❤️ That was so adorable. You wrote all of them so well and reading them interacting with their little (and big 😜) pet/s was just cute~ Wanderer can be such a teaser and Gaming is just a friendly dork. The best personality combo for someone who needs some attention. Thank you so much for this awesome fuc 🤩🥰😍

Also, the picture you used for Aether fits perfectly~ 😂

Drunken Laughter

A/N: This story came to me upon watching that one scene where Felix aka Xia Fei was looking at the duo with that sad smile on his face. I just feel like he really misses this kind of relationship in his life and thus this story came to light.
