Alright.. let's get it started then.
First off, his hair. I think he has like.. a buzz cut? Not good with hairstyles but yeah. I think that's the vibe I'm looking for.
Gabriel is a great cook, he can fix any mess in a pot other... certain people make. Though his nose gets stuffed easily(either just conditions or allergies) and you sometime end up with something either too bland or just too.. flavorful
I always used to think Gabriel would have a really good, healthy routine which he follows everyday. Probably because it's the only thing that makes him feel secure and sane. Doing the same routine everyday and night-. He cannot stay awake during sleepovers. He will fall asleep when his bedtime comes.
He wears glasses for reading. He also wears them for when he needs to look at something clearly, something special and important(totally foreshadowing) to him. He doesn't like wearing glasses though(magnus teased him about it a lot. Thought he also needs glasses. But he doesn't really need to wear them cause he barely reads-). He has tried contact lenses but it takes like.. half an hour so.. he needs some more practice to put them in well.
He isn't exactly an animal person(one of the things he really doesn't like is cleaning) but he owns and cares for two dogs. One was just a pet, the other one he took when he found em abandoned in a forest.
Oh and. You know.. dad jokes
Okie- now moving onto Gabriel x Ivor (plus their adoption of a grown ass woman who acts like a teenager)
They're like the sunshine x grumpy trope? Right? Yeah... think so. I like that-
Alright. So Gabriel is someone who wakes up at 6-7 in the morning(like I said. Schedule) and Ivor is the type of person to be going to sleep at that time. Gabriel often just grabs Ivor from his lab and brings him to bed with him. Like a body pillow.
Ivor can cook. He just really likes to uh... experiment with his cooking. Sometimes it tastes great! But most of the times... uh- ahh-... yeah. Let's keep him in the lab shall we?
Honestly still pissed off the fact that they made Ivors dialogs so confusing in the first episode. I very much believed that Ivor had some bigger personal beef with Gabriel, or some other problems with the order.. like he was an assistant? Like he wasn't an official part of the order, but was about to get like a promotion or something. But the order changed their mind and kicked him out for different reasons like, different perspectives on 'helping' or 'being a hero' and lack of effort(maybe?). ... yeah that isn't what we're supposed to be talking about here lol. Anyways--
Gabriel likes hugs. He likes warmth in general. And Ivor likes his personal space. He is more fond of affection and physical contact in season 2.
Now a bit of the.. adoption situation
I don't know how it happens. I don't know why they'd do it in the first place. She just woke up one day with two dads and apparently all her friends agreed on it??
Gabriel sees Ivor and Petra as really similar people, almost as if they were an actual family. Ivor and Petra refuses to believe it but everyone silently agrees with Gabe.
Gabriel is more of the nice dad and Ivor just doesn't care much. But in reality he does. He's more like the... protective dad in like TV shows with rules like.. no boys inside you're room, stay five feet apart or some shit but he never admits it. Or shows it much. But he does get really.. uhh annoying when things like that happens.
It took them three years for Petra to actually accept the two as parental figures.
Uhhhh I don't think I can think anymore- that's it for now. But I like those three. I think I might end up writing more abt them lol.
