this is less of a question and more of a rant; i judt finished fullmetal alchemist brotherhood and [major spoilers ahead!] and the story is so fucking plural 😭😭 hohenheim keeping 500k people in his body and communicating with them to work with him. alphonse having a crisis on whether his memories are fake and implanted in him and hes always been a suit of armour. greed and ling yao fighting over control of the body and people constantly asking "greed or ling?" nd eventually being able to tellwhos fronting by quirks of theirs. the ENTIRE thing with greed and ling because one of greeds old friends recognises his laugh but not his body, but greed had all his memories wiped and so kills his old friend in cold blood. hohenheim having to fight Himself But Not. king bradley not knowing his original name at all. this terrible awful evil force in the body of a child. alphonse dissociating back into the Gateway of Truth for several long periods and just seeing his old body before it happened. i could go on for hours 😭
