I love your comic so much! The palette shift between the movie and season 1? nerve damage Mikey? The krang having an effect on Donnie and Raph? The SCARS? (How you included raph’s shoulder + plastron scar bits when most artists leave it out?) that’s literally so cool I’m INVESTED. Time travel is one of my favorite tropes!!

okay theory time: I bet season 1 leo is more observant than the others give him credit for… sure, he’s more careless. But in the comics he’s shown to be anxious even before the movie.

I'm more confident in writing comedy than angst, but hopefully it'll be satisfying when it does inevitably start to bubble underneath the surface
It's true that season 1 Leo is more observant than he's letting on... but I can't really say much more to that as of now... :)
As for how long this comic will be: I have no idea lol It really did start as just comic practice with those first 3 pages...
I'm just enjoying figuring out what comes next and drawing these guys, so whatever estimate I come up with would be way off the mark (especially considering... what do you mean I've already drawn 48 pages of this comic?! That's way more than I thought)

God i need to gush a lil about your comic if you alow me~
I'm head over heels with all the little details you put into ur comic, i know for sure other people pointed out the scar on post movie Leo but you incorporated it perfectly into the design, it's just subtle enough to not stand out and be a great "Wait... has that always been there??" moment. I had to go back and look at previous parts to confirm i wasn't seeing things lmao. It's just utisigoxirxixitdiidsekxxgic amazing, I genuinely had my mind blown
My personal favorite detail is post movie Mikeys design being more angular. It's a genius way to show his growth, to show that he's been shaped (lol) by surcomstances to be a more mature person. And again, it's subtle, it isn't glaringly obvious, it's just enough, I'm in love with it (thoes two panels showing past and future versions side by side are my roman empire)

Noticing this faint but really cool detail you include on Leo...
What did the Krang DO to our boy, exactly?!??
Oh... you know...
I know it doesn't technically make sense for him to have a scar on his neck, but having a visual reminder of this happening is just too good to pass up
I usually doodle Leo with a big ol' Krang footprint on his chest, but that was a bit harder to make subtle while colored so I opted out of it
As for Mikey He has his mystic scars on his arms, but they only really show up when he uses his powers
(Raph and Donnie have something similar, but to a much lesser extent and only on one arm)
