Who tf cares if Max is "a liar" they almost killed themselves and him with drugs kick their asses off the ship as soon as theyre better and get the dealer too. Like the captain got upset max quarantined someone who didnt want to, and now hes gonna let drugs slide??

If doctors start breaking amnesty promises and turn drug users into the authorities then the entire medical system gets fucked. We HAVE to be able to tell medical professionals about drug interactions without them being criminally implicated.

yeah. they could have easily said, "hey, i'm keeping my promises. you don't have to say anything, but it would really help us keep more girls like you safe if you tell me who sold this to you. nothing will change if you don't tell me." and not forced anything. they aren't the authorities. nor would they be turning them in to the authorities, but asking, while assuring them that they are safe could help save lives. i mean, they didn't even need to kick them off the ship to do it. but i def saw your point. the captain has made weird choices in how he's gonna enforce his own rules.

Yeah that was my interpretation of what was meant. Then again they ended it without any indication of what happened at all so who knows

Tristan having alcohol dependency but not quite alcoholism was an interesting way to handle it. Usually alcoholism plots focus on the late stages rather than the early, so it’s a fresh angle to dig into Tristan stopping before it gets bad because a friend stepped in to help him. I really like that.

Avery’s whole subplot about teaching the girl to love life more and not worry as much about her goals seemed like it was trying to talk Avery out of going to Med School but that connection never got made so I’m confused by it.

Max’s comedy subplots were fun though. Him getting called Doctor DILF by the Vixens was hilarious.

Max and Tristan swing wildly between “we are physically affectionate” and bro fists depending on the episode but they also swing wildly between “we are romantic rivals” and “we are metamours” depending on the episode so that tracks.
