Housemates alarm has been consistently going off the past half hour im going to lose my mind

i think this month will be extremely miserable

Now i have to get rid of all these horrible behaviours baked into me but really im waiting for a course of therapy thats long enough so im not met with "sorry we cant help you with that cause it's way too much"

Not to spill about personal life on here, but today i found out that my mum is currently looking at houses to move away from my dad and I'm just very happy. How life feels when there's a future in which you won't have to ever speak to your dad ever again. Still struggling a lot but idk that has given me a bit of hope that i won't have to suffer under him and his expectations anymore.
