Dear Tumblr souls, you beautiful, strange humansโ
you laugh through the pain,
you turn sadness into soft, glowing aesthetics,
you post memes in the darkest hours,
and somehow, your hearts remain warm.
When you feel someone is hurting,
you become shelterโan open hand, asking for nothing in return.
I'm not asking for pity, but right nowโฆ I need you.
I'm Kareman from Gaza ๐ต๐ธ๐ธ.

I'm trying to get through what life threw at meโwith an open heart ,We were displaced ,There was bombing everywhereโloud, close, terrifying ,We fled with nothing but our lives.๐๐
Our dreams have changed ,We no longer dream of tomorrowโ ,our dream todayโฆ is simply to eat.
My son, Hamoud๐ฅน, asks me, โMama, when is dinner?โ
And sometimesโฆ I have no answer.
That kind of pain shouldn't exist in a mother's heart๐ญ.

Thank you, deeply.๐ธ"
In The time when we are ashamed to ask for something because we have enough pride, but the situation in Gaza is unbearable. Death is everywhere. Rockets are all over Gaza.
Rafah was displaced and homes were demolished over the heads of its residents. What more do you want?
We are being slaughtered by missiles every day. Consider that we are animals, not humans. Support us, stand with us, and stand with us. We deserve a decent life. No food. We are in a famine. Drinking is not good.
We will leave the homeland and we will remain. This is your worst nightmare. Defend us, support us, and have mercy on us. We deserve life and peace. We do not want to die. It is all over. Donate please ๐ฅบ
The reason transmasc mafuyu resonates with so many people is coz
When you grow up in a very gendered society, you start resenting the stereotypical gendered things you grew up with , making your only choice the โother side.โ And that other side isnโt always attainable which leads to this feeling of hopelessness
This is the same with things being forced on you, no matter how much you like something, if itโs forced on you over and over (maybe even once), youโre sure to grow a resentment towards it.
You even lose the love for things you actually did like doing. Itโs not a fun feeling, I can see why people see themselves in mafuyu.
The constant inability to connect with what you used to like as a child really pushes the fact that it was likely tainted with how the world perceives what they rlly want to feel in a negative light.
I wanna say more but my brain is mush I hope this at least makes a little sense
I do wanna add tho, there is a healing process and eventually you are able to start liking things that you were made to hate from your childhood
Itโs meant to come back to you when YOU choose it so donโt lose that hope ๐ much love๐ youโll be okay

Hi, my name is Mosab , and Iโm from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today Iโm sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.
This journey hasnโt been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from usโ25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their loveโฆ all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.
Our Journey So Far
When I first reached out, I couldnโt have imagined weโd make it this far. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.
But the road ahead is still challenging. Every day, weโre reminded of how much weโve lost and how much we still need to rebuild.
Hereโs what life in Gaza looks like for my family right now:
๐ Safety: The uncertainty of tomorrow weighs heavily on us.
๐ข Loss: The absence of the 25 family members weโve lost is a pain we carry every moment.
๐ Dreams on Hold: The future feels so far away when survival takes all our strength.
How You Can Help Us Cross the Finish Line Even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference:
- $5 may seem small, but for us, itโs a little relief, a moment of comfort, and a reminder that kindness still exists. โค๏ธ
- Canโt donate? Reblog this post to help us reach someone who can. Every share matters more than you know.

Why Your Support Matters Your kindness isnโt just about helping us meet our goalโitโs about reminding us that weโre not alone in this fight. Itโs about hope. Itโs about survival. And itโs about giving my family a chance to rebuild our lives, even in the face of unimaginable loss.
Thank you for helping us get this far. Your generosity and compassion have already brought us closer to a better tomorrow, and for that, Iโm endlessly grateful.
With all my love and gratitude,
Mosab and Family โค๏ธ
