I know this has probably been asked before but are there any random Dhmis Tou au headcanons or facts about the characters that isn't significantly important to the plot, but are funny or interesting?

I have this idea that David and Red always watch movies together, it was once a simple thing they did but it soon became part of their schedule where a reminder needs to be set and everything.

Also Roy can only paint horses, Lesley will only ever consider him a real artist once he learns how to paint her some flowers.

I head canon that the coat David stole from Duckly was Roy's at some point, and he gave it to Duckly some time before he died. I don't think David even consciously remembers his dad owning it.

Rowan is adopted! His parents didn't think they could have kids so they adopted him when he was a baby, and then realized that they could have kids. It doesn't functionally make any difference because he's deeply loved by his family, but I think its a neat parallel to David's own experiences.

Puppet Lesley is scared of most animals, she thinks they'll give her rabies

Most of the puppets really liked Rowan! He maybe didn't like all of them back, but he'd talk to them, keep them company, mediate between them when they would inevitable start squabbling. Before Rowan died things were nice and the puppets had more freedom talk and hang out with each other. Like half the reason Rowan agreed not to call the police initially was so I could draw cute interactions between him and the puppets, then that month was like the busiest of my life and too burned out to draw them :'(

David likes trying weird and fruity icecream flavors, anytime he has the opportunity he'll pick the most outlandish flavors you've ever heard of. Rowan likes Napoleon icecream, Lesley Likes vanilla and Roy thinks icecream is too cold.
