⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi woke up in an empty world. The battlefield that was once buzzing with violence and screams, was now silent —too silent. His body is numb, his ears ringing with the ghostly echoes of voices that are no longer there. He calls out for you. His first priority. No response. His throat tightens. He calls again, voice cracking—louder this time.

Still, nothing.

His heartbeat pounds in his ears as he stumbles forward, dragging his feet through the rubble, hands shaking as he clutched at the torn fabric of his uniform. Blood stains his skin—his? Yours? He doesn’t know anymore. His mind is foggy, drowning in exhaustion and grief. He can barely remembers what happened, all he knows is to get to you.

Then he sees it.

Your bloodied jacket.

Crumpled on the ground, the fabric still warm. His breath hitches.

No.

He refuses to believe it.

He drops to his knees, clawing at the debris, fingers scraping against rough stone and dust until his nails split and bleed. He has to find you. He has to.

His hands finally touch something—someone. And when he pulls you out from beneath the wreckage, the world stops spinning.

“(Y/N)...?” His voice is barely above a whisper, trembling as he cradles your limp body against his chest. You don’t respond. Your arms don’t reach for him. Your eyes don’t open.

“Hey, wake up,” he pleads, shaking you slightly. “Come on, stop messing around.” His voice cracks at the end, a broken sob slipping past his lips.

You don’t wake up.

Megumi’s hands tremble as he cups your face, pressing his forehead against yours, desperate to feel the warmth still lingering on your skin. But it’s fading. Too fast.

“I should’ve protected you,” he chokes out. “I promised I would.”

The sky above him blurs into nothing as his vision swims with tears. His fingers tighten around you, holding onto you like you might slip away if he lets go—like you haven’t already.

He is alone.

Again.

Forever.

sorry for not posting for so long lol, i’ve been busy w my son lately 𓂃۶ৎ𖹭

Sae Itoshi and his significant other

Sae! Who used to worship the ground you walked on, holding you close like you were the answer to every question he didn’t dare ask. But over time, his love became something sharper, something harder, until the same hands that once pulled you into his chest now pushed you away.

Sae! Who stopped trying to fight for you, letting arguments spiral into deafening silences. Each night, you lay beside him, the distance between your bodies a suffocating reminder of what was slipping through your fingers, while he stared at the ceiling, too afraid to face you.

Sae! Who never realised how tired you’d grown of piecing yourself back together after every fight. He didn’t notice when your voice stopped trembling with emotion and grew hollow instead, your love for him ebbing like a tide retreating from the shore.

Sae! Who finally understood what it meant to lose someone long before they were gone. He saw it in the way you avoided his touch, in the way your eyes drifted past him like he wasn’t even there. He wanted to hold on, but he didn’t know how without breaking you further.

Sae! Who came home one day to find your side of the wardrobe empty, the ghost of your scent still lingering in the air. His hands shook as he read your goodbye letter, the words blurring as tears dripped onto the page. He’d never hated himself more than in that moment.

Sae! Who saw you again for the first time at your wedding, your smile so radiant it nearly broke him. He stood in the shadows, clenching his fists so tightly his knuckles turned white, wishing he could rewind time—go back to before he ruined everything.

Sae! Who let a single tear fall as you kissed someone else, his heart shattering with every second that passed. He whispered so quietly no one could hear, “I’m sorry… I’m so sorry,” and as you turned away, he prayed to a god he didn’t believe in that, in another life, you’d find your way back to him.

Sae Itoshi and his little crush

Sae! who finds himself staring at you during practice breaks, wondering why you’re the only one who distracts him. He brushes it off as nothing, only to repeat the same mistake every single day.

Sae! who doesn’t know how to act around you, so he defaults to being cold and distant, thinking it’s the safest option. But when you smile at him despite his icy demeanour, his heart betrays him with a stutter.

Sae! who tries to “impress” you by showing off his football skills, only to feel ridiculous when you’re more interested in the tiniest mistakes he makes, teasing him just to see his ears turn pink.

Sae! who awkwardly offers you a drink after practice, shoving it into your hands without explanation. When you thank him, he mumbles something unintelligible and walks away, cursing himself for how obvious he must seem.

Sae! who panics when you’re upset, his usual composed self disappearing. He tries to say something comforting, but it comes out all wrong, leaving him feeling like a fool when you laugh softly at his awkwardness.

Sae! who doesn’t understand why he gets irritated when others are too friendly with you. He tells himself it’s just because they’re annoying, not because his chest aches with something that feels too much like jealousy.

Sae! who finally realises he likes you after seeing you with someone else, the thought of losing you hitting him harder than he expected. But instead of confessing, he keeps it to himself, too unsure of how to handle something so unfamiliar.

Thinking of Megumi and you and how he’ll never realise the weight of loving him...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who doesn’t realize how much space he’s taken up in your heart. He’s a storm you willingly walk into, knowing full well it will leave you drenched in the weight of unspoken words and unrequited feelings.

Megumi! Who doesn’t mean to hurt you, but his indifference stings worse than outright rejection. He speaks to you like you’re just another fleeting moment in his life, never grasping that every word he says anchors you more deeply to him.

Megumi! Who never asks why your voice trembles when you say goodbye. He doesn’t see the way you hesitate, clinging to the last shred of connection before the silence between you stretches long and suffocating.

Megumi! Who unknowingly taught you what loneliness truly feels like—not the absence of people, but the absence of being wanted. You’re surrounded by others, yet his cold gaze leaves you feeling more unseen than ever.

Megumi! Who only softens when he talks about things that don’t involve you. You see glimpses of his warmth, his humanity, but they’re never meant for you. You’re left wondering if you’re simply incapable of being what he needs.

Megumi! Who doesn’t return your goodnight texts, leaving you staring at the phone screen until your vision blurs. Each unanswered message feels like a stone tied to your chest, pulling you deeper into a sea of doubt.

Megumi! Who doesn’t look for you when you stop trying. One day, you decide to step back, hoping he’ll notice the void you leave behind. But he doesn’t—not even a glance. You realize then that you were homesick for arms that were never meant to hold you, longing for a love that was never yours.

Thinking of Megumi and you during the final battles in Shibuya...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who can barely hold on inside his own mind—trapped in the abyss Sukuna has turned him into, flashes of his loved ones pass by like fleeting memories. Your voice is a distant echo, a beacon he can’t reach, but he clings to it despite the overwhelming darkness.

Megumi! Who is helpless to stop Sukuna as he uses his body to destroy everything he once held dear. You stand in Sukuna’s way, pleading with the cursed king to spare him, and Megumi’s mind screams, please, don’t touch them. But Sukuna only smirks, tightening his grip on Megumi’s heart.

Megumi! Who feels like he’s watching a nightmare unfold as Sukuna forces cruel words from his lips, taunting you, breaking your resolve piece by piece. Megumi’s soul fractures further with every tear in your eyes, hating that you still reach out to him with trembling hands.

Megumi! Who wishes you’d run instead of staying—but you don’t. You stand firm, even when Sukuna slashes through your defenses, your blood painting the battlefield. You whisper his name with such tenderness that it makes his broken heart ache.

Megumi! Who shatters when you make the ultimate sacrifice—you take a blow meant for another, crumpling into his arms, the faintest smile on your lips. Sukuna is momentarily weakened, and Megumi feels you slipping away, whispering, “I knew you’d come back to me.”

Megumi! Who comes back to himself, but at the cost of everything—you’re gone, your soul bound to the cursed energy that freed him. Your touch lingers on his skin, your final words replaying endlessly in his mind. He cradles your lifeless body, begging you to come back even as he feels the warmth fade.

Megumi! Who will never forgive himself—he survives, but barely. The scars Sukuna left on the world pale in comparison to the ones carved into his soul. He spends his days trying to atone, yet the nights always bring your ghost. Your laughter, your smile—they haunt him, a bittersweet reminder of what he lost, what he destroyed.

Thinkin’ of gumi and his birthday...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who pretends not to care about his birthday but secretly appreciates when you casually bring it up. The small smile tugging at his lips when you wish him a happy birthday gives him away.

Megumi! Who doesn’t ask for anything, yet his eyes soften when you give him a simple but thoughtful gift—a book he’s wanted or even a hand-written letter. He treasures it more than he’ll ever admit.

Megumi! Who reluctantly goes along with your plans for a quiet celebration, only to end up enjoying himself more than he thought possible when you surprise him with his favorite dessert.

Megumi! Who lets himself relax when he sees you light candles on the birthday cake. Even if it’s a little crooked or uneven, he thinks it’s perfect because it’s from you.

Megumi! Who isn’t used to being the center of attention but feels surprisingly warm and content when his closest friends and you gather to celebrate him. He stays quiet, but the gratitude in his eyes says everything.

Megumi! Who shares a quiet moment with you as the day winds down, thanking you softly for making him feel special. His words are brief, but they carry so much weight that they linger in your heart.

Megumi! Who feels completely undeserving when you hold his hand and tell him how much he means to you. In that moment, he realizes just how loved he is—not just for his strength or sacrifices, but for simply being himself. When you hug him and whisper “happy birthday” one last time, he wishes he could freeze this moment forever.

Thinkin’ of gumi and you and what you two do for Christmas...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who takes his time decorating the tree, making sure each ornament is placed just so. He’s not really into all the fuss, but seeing the look of joy on your face when you step back and admire the finished product makes every moment worth it.

Megumi! Who makes sure your hot cocoa is the perfect temperature, gently stirring it with a warm smile before handing it to you. He watches as you take a sip, quietly satisfied that he’s done something small but sweet to make your Christmas morning just a little brighter.

Megumi! Who lets you drag him into taking Christmas selfies, grumbling at first but then wrapping his arm around you, leaning in a little too close as he tries not to smile too much. But when he sees the picture, he can’t help but feel a warmth inside, realizing that this is one of the moments he’ll hold onto forever.

Megumi! Who shyly struggles to hang up mistletoe, his hands trembling slightly as he tries to get it just right. When you walk underneath it, he hesitates for a moment before leaning in, giving you a soft, shy kiss that speaks louder than words ever could.

Megumi! Who hands you your gift on Christmas morning with a shy glance, watching you unwrap it with quiet anticipation. When you reveal the simple, thoughtful scarf he picked out for you, a small, proud smile tugs at his lips. It's not much, but it’s perfect because it’s from him.

Megumi! Who becomes the most perfect cuddle buddy after a long, busy Christmas day. He wraps his arm around you as you both settle under the blanket, content with the peaceful stillness between you, and every now and then, he brushes a strand of hair out of your face with a soft, tender touch.

Megumi! Who holds you close by the fire, his fingers gently tracing circles on your arm as you both relax together. The warmth from the fire reflects in his eyes as he looks at you with a soft, contented smile. Every now and then, he pulls you a little closer, his arm tightening around you, and the peaceful stillness of the moment fills you both with a quiet happiness. He leans his head against yours, and in that cozy, perfect silence, you both know that nothing else matters as long as you're together.

I wonder how megumi would be like a zombie apocalypse...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who froze when it mattered most. He had always been your protector, but in that moment, fear gripped him tighter than any zombie ever could. Your cries for help rang in his ears as he stood motionless, helpless. By the time he moved, you were already gone, dragged into a swarm that devoured everything.

Megumi! Who still hears your screams at night. They claw at the edges of his sanity, your voice crying out for him, begging him to save you. He wonders if you cursed him in those final moments, if you resented him for his cowardice. The thought keeps him awake, turning guilt into his only companion.

Megumi! Who kept your memory like a scar. He never let himself forget the small trinket you gave him before the attack token of your bond. It sits in his pocket like a lead weight, a constant reminder of what he failed to protect. He clings to it, even as it cuts him deeper with every passing day.

Megumi! Who saw you again in his nightmaresand in reality. When your decayed form stumbled into view, he thought his guilt had finally consumed him. But as you moved closer, tilting your head the way only you could, reality hit him like a blade. You were still here, but not as you once were.

Megumi! Who realized you still knew him. The way your zombified body reached out toward him wasn’t random. It was deliberate instinctive. You recognized him, even in death. For a fleeting second, he wanted to believe you could still be saved, that somewhere deep inside, you were still you.

Megumi! Who broke as he aimed to kill you. His hands shook, his chest heaved, and his tears fell freely as he whispered apologies into the void. “I’m sorry,” he choked out, his voice splintering under the weight of his grief. Killing you felt like a second betrayal, but he knew it was the only way to set you free.

Megumi! Who confessed his love too late. As your lifeless body hit the ground, he dropped to his knees, cradling you in his trembling arms. “I loved you” he whispered into the silence, his voice broken and raw. The words spilled out like a wound that had festered for years, but they came too late. You were already gone.

I have a small secret ૮꒰◞ ˕ ◟ ྀི꒱ა I have actually never seen JJK. I jst thought that Megumi looked cool and stuff so yay! I also have a cardboard cut out of sukuna in my room :3 in all his forms obv!! . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

I wonder how Megumi would be if you guys separated...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who stands frozen as you smile up at him, your eyes shimmering with something too bright, too fragile. He swallows the lump in his throat, forcing himself to mirror your smile, even as it feels like a blade twisting in his chest.

Megumi! Who takes the keepsake you press into his hand, your fingers trembling as they brush against his. He knows it’s supposed to bring him comfort, but the weight of it burns into his palm like a brand—a cruel reminder that this is all you’ll leave behind.

Megumi! Who nods along as you talk about dreams you’ll never share, promises you’ll never keep. Each word lands like a stone in his stomach, sinking him further into the cold reality that your paths are diverging, and there’s nothing he can do to stop it.

Megumi! Who lets the memories crash over him as you speak, every laugh and every fleeting touch replaying like a montage of what he’s losing. He clings to those fragments, even as they cut him, because holding onto the pain feels better than letting go of you.

Megumi! Who feels his resolve break when you reach out one last time, your hand lingering against his like you’re trying to memorize the feeling. He almost speaks, almost begs, but the words die in his throat, his pride and fear binding him in silence.

Megumi! Who watched as your smile falters for the briefest moment, a crack in the façade that reveals the heartbreak hidden beneath. He sees the way your lip quivers, how your eyes glisten as you turn away, and it shatters him to know you’re as broken as he is.

Megumi! Who stays rooted to the spot as you walk away, the sound of your footsteps growing softer, fainter, until they disappear completely. The silence that follows is deafening, a void that swallows him whole. He clutches the keepsake against his chest, the weight of it unbearable as his knees give out beneath him. You smiles like it’s forever, but he knows it’s their last goodbye. For the first time, Megumi lets himself cry—ugly, gasping sobs that tear through him as he realizes it’s over. You’re gone, and he let it happen. The love he never spoke of, the future he never fought for, and the goodbye he never wanted—they’ve all slipped through his fingers, leaving him with nothing but the ghost of your smile.

Thinking of how Megumi would be with you...💭

⊹ ︶︶ 𖹭᪲ ︶︶ ⊹

Megumi! Who wasn’t cruel, just calculated. Every cold word, every dismissive glance, was a deliberate strike, a quiet cut meant to push you away. You couldn’t see it at first, but each small action chipped away at you. He convinced himself it was for the best—that it was better for you to hate him now, than to ever truly love someone as broken as he was.

Megumi! Who let the distance between you grow, a slow widening gap that was never fully bridged. Yet he never shut you out completely. There was always something—an unexpected touch, a glance that lingered a little too long. It was never enough to bring you closer, but enough to keep you tethered to him when you should have let go.

Megumi! Who let you see him with her for the first time, knowing it would destroy something delicate inside you. She was everything you weren’t—alive in a way you couldn’t be, pulling laughter from him in ways you never could. And the realization hit you hard: She was everything he wanted, and you were just someone he couldn’t let go of.

Megumi! Who saw the way your face faltered when he leaned just a little too close to her, the quiet pain flickering in your eyes. It twisted something in his chest, but it wasn’t regret—it was resignation. He couldn’t change it, couldn’t fix what he had broken, and he hated himself for it. But he told himself it was for the best—he convinced himself it had to be.

Megumi! Who noticed you never confronted him about any of it. Instead, you gave him those quiet, empty smiles, spoke to him like everything was fine. But he saw it in the way your eyes no longer held warmth. At night, when everything was still, he knew you were unraveling. What had once felt so real between you was now slipping through his fingers.

Megumi! Who had always wanted to break you, but never like this. Not when your eyes had grown so hollow, the life inside you dimming with every passing day. You stayed, but you weren’t there anymore. And it terrified him, in ways he couldn’t even begin to explain. He didn’t know when it happened, but he had lost you. For the first time, he wondered if he had made a mistake—if this distance he had carved between you was truly what was best. And as the truth clawed at him, the fear of what he had done began to consume him.

Megumi! Who didn’t realize just how deeply he had looked at you until the night you finally left. The weight of it hit him before he even saw the empty spaces where your things used to be. The silence that filled the room was louder than any words. He looked at you. Many times, actually, yet he never looked at you the way he looked at her—with love. And in that moment, he felt it—the crushing finality of everything he had lost, and he couldn’t even bring himself to say goodbye. It was too late. It had always been too late.
