I sort of already had some ideas in mind for what Erica would be doing when she was older but never actually thought there’s a chance we might actually get that??? So a bunch of ideas came to me at once so here’s a hypothetical design I came up with that I might mess around with later? So behold- my blorbo if she was in her 50s! Forgive me for my cringe.
She's a retired and well decorated adventurer- being known for saving the world twice as well as other accomplishments later in life with other adventuring parties, such as being in the parties that took down the Towers of Dread and Despair- she pretty much dedicated at least a decade to ridding the world of face stealing monsters until there were none left- and she's also spending her time serving as a guard in Greenhorne while also teaching new recruits on the side. She's happily married to a beautiful wife and plans to spend her new-found retirement with her as Miitopia enters a Golden Age of Peace.
I imagine her reasonings with retirement have to do with two reasons-
1) A ton of old injuries she was unable to tend herself to during her healer days combined with some newer injuries during her fights in New Lumos came back to bite her and she's not really in shape to fight anymore. She uses a cane to get around places as a result. The cane is question is actually a bit special to Erica, since it belonged to an old mentor of hers she looked up to. (And did I mention she's also the godmother of his kid? Although that kid in question is an adult now)
2) There aren't any monsters anymore, so she's kind of stuck figuring out what to do now, given that she was so used to this routine of combat her whole life. She mostly wants to spend time with her old teammates and especially her wife, but she still can't help but feel.. a little lost on what to do. Whatever her new purpose in life is, she'll try to find it, I'm sure.

I’ve had my Animal Crossing island since 2021 and it’s gone through a LOT of development since then. Here’s the current layout at the moment!
The development of the my island from an exterior design process has been veeery slow, but it’s coming along really well! :]
You would think I’d make a bunch of cursed builds given who my favorite YouTuber is, but no! (ok I did do just one. my HHP DLC hospital is pretty shady)
I also enjoy the interior designs aspect as well. I’ve spent so many hours not just on my home, but the homes of my villagers and in the Happy Home Paradise DLC! ^^
My favorite resident of my island has to be Petri, but I also adore Raymond, Bettina, and Sprocket! A villager who I really want to come to my island that I haven’t gotten yet is Kid Cat!
