Regarding reorder Dec 2020
[edit]In December 2020, a change was made to the numbering of the classes under fixed-order class of higher order (Q24027526). The item first-order class (Q104086571) was created and named "first-order class". The original "first-order metaclass" was renamed "second-order class", "second-order metaclass" became "third-order class", etc. Only the classes' English language names and aliases were changed. I modified the Norwegian language to reflect the English language versions, but I'm not entirely sure these changes were correct in the first place. Maybe these changes have already been discussed, but I haven't been able to find anyone mentioning them. (Though, I would've hoped such changes be at least mentioned on one of the item's talk pages.) In my opinion, to avoid possible future confusion, the various translations of these classes should be unified as they now differ in numbering.

- Are these changes backed up by some references? If not (and the only reason is common sense) then I would propose (from the common sense) that "class not equal metaclass of any order" or "class = metaclass of 0th order", and then we have "metaclass of 1st order" (which probably can be called as "class of 2nd order") and so on. --Infovarius (talk) 12:58, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
