okay, so… spoiled-kitten’s edit of this hair was requested by anonymous. they sent me a link to a sim, that was wearing this hair since apparently all the other versions of this mesh edit have been lost(?). either way, i snatched the hair and the mesh from the misa amane sim and retextured it. i also took the original louis mesh and retextured that, since it didn’t exist in the new hair system before.
Thank you very much for granting my requests! I have some more oldskool hair requests -- can you recolor some of the SimCribbling hairs while retaining their original textures? hi there! you never sent me the links to all these hairs, and i sadly cannot really navigate on the page through the wayback machine because there are no pictures and the links don’t really work 😪 the one link for the male hair that you did send me though, i was able to download the hair but recoloring it didn’t really work out. the texture is kind of photoskinned so i don’t really know how to make it look good. the alpha of the hair also has lots of gaps and other weird parts in it, so i’m not really interested in that, especially when the hair is so similar to the maxis one.
however, i went through my hairs that i have done, and i think i have never shared it because i didn’t like it that much… but i did once recolor roguebotanist’s “Louis 03F”, which i think is one of the hairs you were interested in? i can share it here if you want to.
