Graying Maxis Hairs in The New Hair System.
- binned but not familied, so that means elders can keep these colors too.
- no meshes needed (note: these probably won’t work if you have mesh default replacements for the og maxis hairs?)

these hairs have textures/colors from the nhs texture defaults, i just copy pasted stuff around. i couldn’t remember if vikuu’s messy ftm conversion has been done in the nhs or not, but since i couldn’t find it from my own folder, i made naturals as well as the graying version of it. @yandereplumsim has previously done the graying version for the short combed hair (here), but i made my own version as well (for practice, lol 😂) but it’s pretty much the same thing, so feel free to skip that one if you already have yander’s one (they do have slightly different texture, though, since yander made her own blend!)

New Hair System “Hard MM” Hair Dump [DOWNLOAD ALL | SFS Folder]
Forgive the basic preview but here’s a dump of 30+ “Hard MM” hairs from various creators in @mikexx2‘s New Hair System. A few of the male hairs are done by @y2sims (who gave me the green light to share the retextures she has to round up the set).
Some were recolored from either the original textures or @deedee-sims’s retextures, while others were copypasted from defaults I or @spookymuffinsims have already done. Some hairs are also decustomized to certain EPs.
I mostly used other peoples’ packages to save time. The creator name at the beginning signifies who owns which packages.

I’m not back to retexturing hairs by any means (because I became lazy) but I made this for my own use (been playing with super Maxis Match CC lately) and thought I’d share it here in case someone would want it. I tried my best to make the colors of the pigtails match with the bangs because the textures were quite different to begin with.
