There’s something very off about your roommate… something eerie that makes you keep your distance.

You can’t describe exactly what it was about the boy except that you felt it from the second you shook his hand. The way he introduced himself… you don’t know… you had this unshakable feeling as though he already knew you from somewhere.

It’s a weird thought to have of someone you’d only just met. You knew you were probably just being paranoid. It was your first time sharing your space with someone other than family, so it might very well just have been you being apprehensive.

Not that you’d ever let it show, though. You didn’t want things between the two of you to be awkward when you’d be living together for the next three years of getting your degree.

You just needed to get used to him, is what you told yourself.

So you laughed at his jokes and listened to his brags with a polite smile as though nothing was wrong, even when he continued being strange

For starters, he had almost nothing to unpack – as though he only planned to stay about a month or two. Everything seemed newly bought as well – unused and sterile, like a movie set.

You don’t know… maybe he was a minimalist even though he didn’t seem the type.

It shouldn't really have made your skin crawl the way it did. But whether it made sense or not, you couldn’t shake the discomfort – walking around in a constant wariness of him.

Were you the one that made that fic of Bakugo using reader’s hand to masturbate? And he was like pursing his lips in concentration?

could you mean this by @shorkbrian? can’t remember writing something like that

since u have a large following, i wanted to ask about the first few months when u started. How many followers in the first few months do u think is good for a blog that js started? Is it natural to not attract ad much as others?

I get demotivated when i see other people have big numbers in following while I only have a few 😅 ik i probably shouldn't be dumpin this in ur ask box but I think I need advice, so feel free to ignore tis if u don't wanna answer.

Anyway, love ur work SO MUCHHH

My Tumblr Journey

Hmm, well, you know, your following increases based on how often you post and what you post, so it’s going to be very different for everyone.

But I’ll explain what I’ve done, starting from the very beginning, and maybe it might give you some insight and help you out!

I’m new to posting to tumblr, how often do you think is a good posting schedule? Once or twice a week? Daily or every other day?

On Posting Schedules

Good question!

As Often as Possible!

Posting once or twice a week, you’ll maintain regular activity and steadily increase your following. But for maximizing your activity, I’d say posting daily to every other day is the ultimate plan.

But that’s not always realistic or possible. So I’d say just post as often as you can or simply when you have something ready.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t recommend posting more than once a day, as the last post you post will sort of suck up all the attention from the former posts—at least in my experience—which is also why I steer away from empty blogging, by which I mean posting a bunch of random thoughts and stuff, though I understand that that’s the appeal to many.

Monday is your strict boss.

He’s always breathing down your neck around the office, checking if you come in on time, laying into you when you’re anything but perfectly on the dot—not even allowing you to get settled into your cubicle before dumping a workload onto your desk on top of the one you already have, coming back with a fresh one right after lunch again.

You know you’re probably just being sensitive, but you feel as though he singles you out. Barking at you to redo things, even after you’d gone through the extra measure of running it by a coworker who’d given you the thumbs up. You don’t know, it sort of feels as if he has it out for you.

Being yelled at is already bad enough, not to mention how he’ll demand you work late to make up for the slack. And yet, that’s not even the worst part!

No, the absolute worst part is that he’ll insist on staying behind, too—to supervise you.

Blog Recs

Alright then, since you asked so nicely, I’ll put in the effort and just go through my entire following!

Keep in mind that some of these blogs may be inactive, but their old works are definitely worth taking a look at!

Not all of them are yandere, but they are satisfying nonetheless, so check them out!

Also, most of these blogs, and blogs in general, write for fanbases with specific characters. I follow mostly people who write either BNHA, JJK, or Haikyu!! So, if you like that, you’ll probably like most of these.

Other than that, sorry, I won’t be writing anything specific for each blog. I suggest just checking them out one by one. I’ll make an exception to my delete later rule and leave this post up for good, so take your time, people!
