The Ministry of Transport and Communications also plans to reduce the size of the area. The ministry notes that the reduction of transit traffic means that there is less need for a big parking area.

Under current plans, the parking area will be set up for 500 goods vehicles, instead of 1,000 as originally planned. The facility can be expanded later, if necessary.

The aim of the parking area is to ease road massive queues of lorries that have clogged highways leading to the border in recent years.
