New salary payment system problems plague military
The Finnish Defense Force continues to have problems with their salary payments. Some 15,000 military employees are affected by the problems, which first came to light in May, after the Defence Force began using a new wage payment system.

The problems concern both the payment of salary and allowances.
Deputy Ombudsman Jussi Pajuoja has called for an investigation of the defense staff about the problems and how to solve them.
Pajuoja has set a deadline for the issue to be resolved by the beginning of September.
