Finland kicks off women's EURO 2013

Finland begins the UEFA Euro 2013 women's football championships tonight with a game against Italy.

In addition to Italy, Finland's tournament group includes Denmark and the games' host country Sweden.

The top two from each four groups, as well as two best third-place countries from all groups, will go on into the quarter-finals.

The Finland-Italy game is broadcast live on on Yle TV 2 and on Areena from 6.40 p.m. Wednesday evening.
