How do I get to UMK?

Nokia Arena is located right in the center of Tampere, about 600m from the railway station and bus station. We recommend using public transportation instead of your car, as the arena does not have separate parking areas. However, there are 4500 parking spaces within a 5-10 minute walk from the main entrance. Detailed arrival instructions can be found on the Nokia Arena website.

Cloakroom

Coat checks are located on your seating floor, in the Paidia space on the main floor of the A/B stand blocks (opposite the entrance to A3 stand block), and on the upper floor of the C/D blocks near the D7-D9 blocks. The coat check is optional for everyone except those sitting on the floor. Larger bags must also be left in the coat check by customers with stand seats. We recommend leaving larger bags and other extra items at home, as coat check capacity is limited and queues may form occasionally.

How to navigate at UMK

The arena has seated areas but the audience is allowed to stand in their places. Please always consider the visibility of fellow spectators. You can bring signs, flags, and other cheering props to all stands. We reserve the right to remove signs, flags, and other props that interfere with the live broadcast. Only water/soft drinks may be brought into the hall and stands. Several restaurants and bars in the arena serve throughout the event.

Professional photography without permission is prohibited. Flash photography is not allowed.

Especially the audience on the floor must remain in their places during the broadcast and not move during live performances as cameras move over the audience. You can visit the restroom during video inserts, during which staff will help you out of and back into the hall.

Wheelchair Spaces

Wheelchair and companion seats are located in stand blocks A1, A2, B1, and B2, and on the floor in blocks E and F. Information about accessibility at Nokia Arena.

Safety

We want to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We follow safety and health recommendations from the authorities. If you notice any safety concerns, please report them to the nearest security officer.

We do not tolerate any discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior at our event. Please report any disturbing behavior to our staff immediately. There are harassment contact persons at the event, whom you can notify of any harassment situations. Harassment contact persons can be identified by their pink reflective vests.

You can also reach a harassment contact person with a number that we will provide here later.

Prohibited items

You may not bring alcohol, glass bottles or cans, firearms or bladed weapons (including multitools), fireworks, spray bottles (e.g., hairspray), or other similar dangerous items to Nokia Arena. A security check is conducted at the entrance.

Warmly welcome to the UMK excitement!
