Instead of waist trainers I recommend postpartum compression & belly binding (but please know what you’re doing or work with a specialist bc it is not meant to be a corset or too tight!! That can create pelvic floor issues). 

At @bellibind they walked me through literally step by step and showed be how to do it again by myself safely. 

I added in my recommended pelvic floor & core exercises from my Early Postpartum 6-Week Guide 🥰 while wearing the Bellibind and felt SO much support, better able to engage my deep core & connect to my body. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
