Scheme to start in August

The brief was to design a culinary school for a celebrity chef. The school must have a restaurant, 3 teaching kitchens, shop, reception area, auditorium, resource area, chill out area and 10 bedrooms. I choose a young Irish Chef and designed the project to suit his style.

by focusing on the ritual of cooking and eating as a great detonator of socialization and idea exchange, this space encourages the interaction between artists, technicians and audience by implementing an open system which invites people, through their actions, to turn the entire space into a kitchen.
