The Pallof Press is one of my go-to exercises as I rehab my core after pregnancy and it’s a STAPLE in my Core & Restore programs even if you’re multiple YEARS postpartum.

It’s a great exercise to progress as you get stronger by doing it in different positions (like in a split squat or while lunging) or to make it dynamic by adding rotation or lateral steps away from your anchor point.
