It’s high protein, has a great blend of healthy fats and fibre and you’ll probably already have all the ingredients in the fridge or pantry!  MAKES 10 SLICES   INGREDIENTS: 200g rolled oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp LSA mix  2 tbsp sunflower seeds  2 tbsp pepitas  1 tsp salt  1 tsp baking powder 300g cottage cheese 2 eggs   METHOD: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 3. Mix everything together in a bowl. 4. Shape into a sourdough loaf shape and place onto the baking tray. 5. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180C.
