I have had this everyday since hitting 35 weeks and can’t get enough of it! Packed with protein and taste absolutely delicious!

• 1 frozen banana
• 6 to 8 dates (frozen date taste better in this)
• 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (which powder you choose will affect the taste, the one I use has a very neutral taste since it’s just whey concentrate and a little coconut sugar)
• 1 Tbsp raw unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 Tbsp 100% maple syrup
