When I have a large, loose asymmetrical bouquet to make I always use these mechanics to make the bouquet as light as possible.

This bride requested her bouquet to be wild, loose & asymmetrical, she explained that formal neat flowers made her v unhappy!!

So first of all I make the ‘egg’ out of chicken wire, it’s basically a lozenge shaped frame with any pointed ends tucked in! I prefer the coated wire so it doesn’t show through the design.

I can then feed the foliage into the armature until I have the shape I desire, then come the flowers, all fed through the frame and into my hand.

Once I have the design exactly how I want it I can tie it off with with floral tape before finishing wit Asymmetrical Bouquet, Floral Tutorials, Amanda Steele, Floral Tape, Cut Flower Garden, Chicken Wire, July 17, The Egg, Silk Ribbon

Here’s how 👇🏻 1- use chicken wire to create an ‘egg’. 2- feed the foliage through the chicken wire to get your shape. 3- Add the flowers - half way through this will start to get tricky, so just continue around the edge like a regular hand tie. This also helps to hide the mechanics. 4- Use foliage with larger leaves around the edge to make sure there’s no chicken wire visible. 5- Check in the mirror for any gaps and there you go!✨ the chicken wire helps keep the flowers apart to create an overall bigger bouquet 💐 #Florist #Floristry #FoamFreeFlowers #FoamFreeFloristry #BridalBouquet #WeddingFlowers #Hacks #ScottishFlorist # Chicken Wire Bouquet, Bouquet How To Make, How To Make A Wedding Bouquet Diy, Chicken Wire Flower Arrangements, How To Make A Bridal Bouquet, Costco Wedding Flowers, Family Tree Diagram, Make A Bouquet, Greenery Centerpiece
