In a separate bowl add: 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 spoon minced garlic, 3 TBSPs butter softened, 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese, 3/4 cup shredded monteray Jack cheese, 1 packet Onion Soup mix and pepper. 2. Spread that mixture on top of your French bread. 3. Then add Roast Beef. Top with Swiss cheese. Add pepper to the top. 4. bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Or until golden. 5. Enjoy dipped in Au Jus!
