▪️2 cup oats⁣
▪️1 ripe banana, mashed⁣
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
▪️1/2 cup peanut butter ⁣
▪️1/4 cup raspberry chia jam (or any jam)⁣
▪️150g of chocolate, melted ⁣
⁣
METHOD ⁣
⁣
▪️In a bowl together the first 4 ingredients.⁣
▪️Pour about a tbsp of the mixture into a cupcake liner. Press down firmly, and make a little well in the middle⁣
▪️To make the raspberry chia jam mix together 1 and 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) with 1 tbsp chia seeds. ⁣
▪️Pour about a tbsp of of the raspberry chia jam in Melt Method, Chia Jam, Banana Cupcakes, Baked Banana, Cupcake Liners, Ripe Banana, 4 Ingredients, Chia, Cupcake Recipes

Pour mixture into a glass and top with berries. Note: I made a double batch and made them separately- the mixed berries vary slightly so the color of the layers was slightly different.
