John 15:5 paints a vivid picture of our relationship with Christ. As autumn vines bear fruit, Jesus reminds us He is the true vine, and we are the branches. Apart from Him, we can do nothing, but connected to Him, we bear much fruit. "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." We need him to bear fruit! It's not by our own strength, resources or ways but by remaining in him. That's when we remain in him that we draw from him the ability to bear fruit.

Another sneak peak of what’s in our 2025 calendar… John 15 is such a good reminder that apart from Christ, there is no life and no fruit. I love that all he asks of us is to come and abide in him. God is the gardener and we just have to be still. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” 💚🌷🌻🌿🌱
