With only a few ingredients, this sauce is my ultimate healthy convenience store cupboard staple. I always have their wholemeal pitas in my freezer, which is a great source of high fibre energising carbs.   For lunch, I batch-made a green herby rice salad using the M&S wholegrain rice packs for ease. It had lots of fresh basil, parsley, and mint with a pesto dressing. I served it with sticky halloumi and a scattering of the M&S wild garlic nuts and seed topper. Leftovers will keep for three days and make a great grab-and-go lunch.   Dinner was a one-pan harissa tray ba Herby Rice, Arrabbiata Pasta, Rice Packs, Emily English, Pesto Dressing, Rice Pack, Store Cupboard, High Fibre, Wild Garlic
