Rajgira Masala partha : A humble partha thats perfect for Navratri as its easy to make, super tasty and thanks to Rajgira aka Amaranth which is so good for digestion, lowers cholesterol, good for skin and hair growth.

I think we will do more recipes of amaranth soon looking at so many health benefits.

1. Paneer 100 gm
2. ⁠Boiled potatoes 2 medium
3. ⁠finely chopped coriander 1/2 cup
4. ⁠finely chopped chilli 2
5. ⁠grated ginger
6. ⁠Sendha namak to taste
7. ⁠Cumin powder 1 tbsp
8. ⁠Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
