I checked a couple of spots but it seems like Crystal Cove has the best conditions and is where this video was taken. I love this clip in particular because I have 4 back to back waves glowing super bright. I tried my best to stay quiet this time so you could hear the ocean instead of me freaking out haha. The Alabama Department of Transportation held a public involvement meeting today at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center concerning proposed Highway 280 improvements between Hollywood Blvd. and Doug Baker Blvd. The meeting began with an "open-house" format, where more than 100 area residents strolled through a designated conference space lined with oversized maps and drawings of the proposed changes.
