Tapenade is a French classic from the Provence region. It’s fresh, bold, zesty and delicious! 

It’s great simply served as a dip with crostini or is super versatile used as flavour boost - spread over grilled fish, meat, as a base for a salad dressing, sprinkled over pizza or focaccia, roasties or even mixed into mash!

To make it vegan, simply omit the anchovies!👌🏼☀️
