1CUP blended low fat cottage cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
.75 cup skim mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
8 oz lean ground chicken cooked
8oz ground pork cooked
1 jar pasta sauce I used simply @ragu 
17-20 jumbo pasta shells cooked
Frozen spinach, thawed, and squeeze pit as much water as possible.

Cook your pasta shells based off package.
