Recipe:

For ragada:
Soak white peas overnight and pressure adding some salt, turmeric, bay leaf until 4 whistles.
Heat a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes. Once these are sautéed add boiled white peas, chilli powder, lil bit of cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Keep mashing the peas for about a min, and cook it on low heat for about 20-30mins.

For patties:
Boil potatoes in microwave for 6-8mins. Mash them with a fork, add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt and make it into parties as shown. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
