Persian rice w potato tadigh  Soak rice- min 10 minutes in hot water up to a day. Drain water. Put rice in boiling water for ~5 min then drain   Prepare big pot with oil   Place thinly sliced potatoes on hot oil (any potato- doesn’t matter kind). Stove stop on med    Pour rice over potatoes.
