Boost rotational strength, stability, and full-body coordination with the TRX Power Pull. Start with these foundation exercises to accomplish the TRX Power Pull:

1. TRX Low Row (Fully shorten straps):
> Face the anchor, elbows bent, palms in
> Step forward, extend elbows, then pull back up

2. TRX Torso Rotation (Fully lengthen straps, single-handle mode):
> Face anchor, both hands on one handle, lean back
> Rotate hips and torso, then return with control

3. TRX Power Pull (Mid-length straps, single-handle mode):
> Face anchor, create an angle
> Rotate and reach with free arm, extend suspended elbow
> Rotate shoulders and hips, return to start position
