Warm Tofu with Spicy Sesame Sauce — a winter favorite! This is by far the easiest method of preparing tofu I have encountered. The recipe calls for simmering tofu in water — sounds odd but it works — making a sauce, and pouring the sauce over the tofu. Dr. Michelle Davenport (PhD, RD) on Instagram: "Do people even want to know the way you cook can influence your skin?

That’s what I asked myself when I first started posting last September. I was really convinced that the answer was no (and very grateful that you all have proven me wrong!).

It’s been over 10 years ago since I researched advanced glycation end products and aging as part of my PhD dissertation. I avoided even sharing my knowledge because I really didn’t think people wanted to hear it.

Water based cooking? What a buzzkill.

So now I’m here and you’r Water Based Cooking, Miso Fish, Phd Dissertation, Miso Salmon, Very Grateful, Eat Well, Drink Recipes, Soul Food, Eating Well
