INGREDIENTS
1 medium watermelon
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Zest of 1 lime
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup mint leaves

Cut the watermelon into 1/2-inch thick slices.
