Steamed Custard Bun (Nai Huang Bao 奶黄包)

I have been busy travelling between my house and my son school lately because I've volunteer some of my time helping up in his school. The school conducted a few days of workshops for parent helper then we are roster to the class on the time slot we have chosen. I also help up in my son PMP (Perceptual Motor Program) class. It is great to know and see for ourselves what our kids are learning and what kind of activities they need to go through for the day. I'm glad that I've choose to assist…
