Tc-99m iōng-tsò hòng-siā sìng tui-tsik khì, ē-tàng thong-kuè i-liâu siat-pī (gamma siòng-ki) teh thé-lāi kiám-tshik tio̍h. 99mTc hui-siông sik-ha̍p tsit-ê kak-sik; in-uī iē huat-siā kong-tsí lîng-liōng uî 140 keV (tsia-ê 8.8 pm kong-tsí ê pho-tn̂g kah thuân-thóng X siā-suànn tsín-tuàn siat-pī huat-siā ê pho-tn̂g tāi-khài sio-kâng); lî-tshiánn i-ê gamma huat-siā puànn-sue-kî iông-ī kiám-tshik ê gamma siā-suànn sī 6.0058 sió-sî (ì-sù sī 93.7% ê Tc teh 24 sió-sî lāi sue-kiám kàu 99Tc).
