A: How long something is, ‘the length of the pops is 30 meters’

A: Length is how long something is - the length of a giraffes neck.

Distance is from point a to point b - the distance from US to Japan

A: LENGTH - how long an object is
Example:
"Banana is 8 inches long."
8 inches is the LENGTH.

LONGEST (you can better understand this with pictures and examples)
Example:
Banana is 8 inches
Belt is 20 inches
Apple is 5 inches
..... Then the LONGEST is the belt.

A: it means the breadth is half the size of the length.
