In the first part, you say the word "did" which is past tense, but then you used the word "have" which is present tense.

In the second part, you have both "sleepy" and "tired" in the same sentence, but they mean the same thing, so you should only have one.

In the third part, I'm not sure if you're meaning you won't get to work UNTIL a certain time, or if you are just saying that you will be getting to work AT that time. If it's the first, that would indicate you usually get to work earlier or something is preventing you from getting there when you usually get there.

In the last part, you shouldn't start a sentence with the word "and" if you can help it.

Lastly, I think you could make this whole thing more concise by combining sentences.
"I finally completed all the tasks I had for today, even though I was pretty tired. Tomorrow I won't be getting to my workplace until 9:30 AM and I only have one day of work left! The lecture I signed up for will open tomorrow, so I'm also looking forward to hearing that."

I would say 'All the tasks has been assigned, and so the police patrol set off.'
