比爾·戈柏（英語：Bill Goldberg，1966年12月27日—），本名威廉·史考特·戈柏（英語：William Scott Goldberg），是美國職業摔角選手、演員及前美式足球選手，目前受聘於世界摔角娛樂。比爾·戈柏最知名的時期是1997年至2001年待在世界冠軍摔角，以及2003年至2004年待在世界摔角娛樂的時候。[1][2]比爾·戈柏最為著名的是：在個人比賽中有著一長段不敗的紀錄，[9]官方統計數字為173比0。[9][4][10]但也有人對這個數字提出質疑過。[11][12]
在離開WWE十二年後，在2016年他回到了WWE並且在強者生存上與布洛克·雷斯納打了一場比賽，僅花1分26秒就解決了對手，在2017年的極速賽道上更僅花了22秒就擊敗了凱文·歐文斯，拿下了WWE環球冠軍腰帶，而在2017年的摔角狂熱上，是生涯首度輸給了布洛克·雷斯納，讓出了冠軍腰帶，而戈柏在摔角狂熱之後的Raw上現身，告別了WWE。
