- Updated contributor info to include a new contributor
- Updated the stack.yaml files to include the latest versions of Haskell
- Updated package.yaml's copyright year
- Added a new file RELEASE.md to act as a new checklist to make it easier to create future releases
- Fixed minor workflow issue
- Removed reference to non-existant yaml file in test-ubuntu-latest.yml
- Reverted nightly to be back at 2023-08-26 because Cabal 3.12 is currently not working with the current nightlies. In future this should be swapped out for a newer nightly...
