The Fourth of July this year was spent with family and Johns parents house and Hammond field. First off we went out to have a family BBQ and just spend time together. One of Johns older brothers, Michael was here from Texas to visit. It was so nice to see him and his family. We hadn't seen them since Masen was 3 months old. So pretty much 3 years. After we had all eaten and received our fill we all headed into town for the days events. We all went to the Mediacom Center and went Ice Skating. Adams kids: Keirah, James, & Little Adam, Michaels Kids: Gordon, Jackson, & Cody were on the ice for most of the time. John too. Adam and Amanda tried it and lasted about one lap or so along with me. As for Masen he made on and then immediately off the ice.
After Ice Skating we all got to go watch the Cardinals Game. It was great fun. After the game they had a huge Fireworks display, which I didn't get any pictures of. This is something I hope to make a tradition from now on...?
In the few pictures below are pictures of Masen trying to teach Lyndee how to walk. It was so cute to see. Wish I would have gotten a video instead of just pictures.

Little Miss Lyndee Bug (as I call her), LOVED her cake(s). She dove right into the one and then saw the other cake and dove right into that one too. I had Morgan make a second one for my friends little girl who was also turning one. My friends daughter wanted NOTHING to do with the cake while Lyndee couldn't get enough.
Lyndees favorite thing to do with open her gifts was to pull them out wrap them around her head and then throw them to Keirah. It was quite funny.
